I waited a solid year before writing this review as I wanted some time to evaluate the quality of the work. I can say that I love the work as much today as when I first saw the completed product. The quality of the work is excellent with great attention to detail. The crew was stellar, the deliverables on time, and the process was painless. Heidi and Britney worked with us from initial design – as in, helping us start from scratch when we only had some nebulous ideas about what we wanted – all the way up to completion, keeping us up to date and informed the entire time. You make a phone call – they answer or call you back within a short period. We were never left guessing at next steps, costs, process, etc. Honestly, I was very apprehensive going into the project and working with ANY contractor.
